Effective Aug. 1, 2015, the tax rate for pre-paid telecommunication services and wireless telephones subject to the pre-paid wireless emergency-911 surcharge (pre-paid e-911 surcharge) will change from $1 to $1.65 per retail transaction. This surcharge is collected on each retail transaction regardless of whether the service or pre-paid wireless telephone is purchased in person, by telephone, through the Internet or by any other method. The pre-paid e-911 surcharge is to be charged and collected by the retailer in addition to any other charges or fees and is not to be included for purposes of calculating sales tax.

We have phones for sale at our retail locations but you can also use a device you already own.  We activate Verizon branded phones including 4G LTE phones on our Page Plus carrier and AT&T branded phones on our H2O carrier.

You can use your rewards points towards your online purchase. If you would like to use your points towards an in store purchase, simply send us a request via email and your points will be transferred to an account balance you can redeem at the time of purchase.

All orders are processed in the order they are received.  Our average wait time is less than 30 minutes, this time can vary depending on customer order volume.

Page Plus FAQS

Yes, the  4g LTE Verizon phones are now eligible for activation starting October 1, 2014. 4G phones can only be used with. Legacy 3G smart phones and cell phones will still be eligible for activation.

With the exception of The 12 plan, all other monthly plans will be available for 4G devices, at 4G LTE data speeds, with no increase in the monthly plan prices. 3G service will also still be available for all plans.

When you made your payment, you probably received a text from Page Plus stating that a PIN was stacked on your account. Page Plus terminates every expired plan at midnight, no matter how you make your payment.
Then, between midnight and 3 a.m., Page Plus’s computers merge with the carrier (Verizon), and turn on all accounts with PINs. Most customers are asleep during this process and never notice the monthly renewal process. Please call if you have any questions about this process.

Option 1: Keep a few extra dollars in the cash balance portion of your account and, while the renewal process is going on, your phone will still work at 10 cents per minute. During the next renewal process, you will have some service.
Option 2: You can renew your entire plan on your due date by calling Prime Choice Wireless toll-free at (888) 719-6090 and requesting an early renewal. This process is called “forcing.” If Prime Choice Wireless renews your plan early, you will bypass the normal renewal process and the entire plan of minutes/messages/data will be reset. Nothing will roll over and your new renewal date will be set for one month from that date.
It is also possible that your handset didn’t renew correctly if you’re using a smart phone with zero balance in the cash portion of your account. If it’s after 6a.m., and you still don’t have service, try power cycling (power off and power back on) your phone and testing it again. If that doesn’t work, try reprogramming it by pressing *22890 send. If that doesn’t work, email or call us, and we will address the issue.

If you run out of voice minutes, messages or data in your monthly plan before your monthly expiration date, you can get more by adding a cash balance to your account and using additional minutes/messages/data at the overage rates for your plan. An extra $10 PIN card (cash balance) would give you either 200mb of data, talk or text minutes at .10 cents per minute or message.
Optionally, you can renew your entire plan early by calling Prime Choice Wireless toll-free at (888) 719-6090 and requesting an early renewal. If Prime Choice Wireless renews your plan early for you, the entire plan of minutes/messages/data will be reset – nothing will roll over, and your new renewal date will be set for one month out.

For the Pay-As-You-Go Plans, your minutes will only expire if you fail to refill within 120 days from the date of your last refill; otherwise, your unused minutes will always roll forward. If the balance has been removed after the 120-day expiration, it cannot be recovered. For Monthly Talk & Text plans, your allotment of voice minutes, messages and data expire each month.

Yes. Page Plus offers the Pay-As-You-Go Phone Plan in four denominations and the $80 Pay-As-You-Go card or PIN which provides 2,000 voice minutes and lasts a full year.

The $9 Global Calling card allows you to call internationally to over 1,000 destinations worldwide. The Global Calling card can be added to any Page Plus monthly or pay-as-you-go plan, and it will roll over month-to-month as long as your primary service plan remains active. The cash balance of this card is reserved strictly for international calls, so it is separate from your pay-as-you-go balance or any other additional cash balance you may also have on a monthly plan.

To use international calling, dial access code 212-202-6521 and press Send, wait for the prompt, then dial 011 or + and the international number you’re calling, followed by the pound (#) sign. For Canada, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands, use “1” instead of 011 or +.

If you are using the $9 Global plan in conjunction with a calling plan with a specified number of calling minutes (non-unlimited), international calls will reduce the available balance in your Global plan as well as deduct the call minutes from your regular calling plan.

This $9 Global Calling card allows you to call the countries in the list below at the per-minute rate listed.

Roaming occurs when you initiate a call outside of your network’s coverage area. Typically an indicator will appear on your phone when you are in roaming mode, and you may hear an audible difference when placing a call.
Because Page Plus uses one of the largest networks in the nation, roaming is not a concern for most Page Plus customers. However, when roaming does occur, you will be charged the roaming rate associated with your service plan.
To avoid not having service while roaming, you can add an additional cash balance to your account and you will be charged here at the roaming rate. Our $12 monthly plans have a roaming charge of .29 cents per minute. Our $29.95 1200 talk, and $39.95, and $55 unlimited monthly plans have roaming charges of .20 cents per minute. And our Basic Talk Cell Phone Plans are .29 cents per minute.

Talk n Text 1200 – Perfect for the average cell phone user. For just $29.95 a month, this mobile prepaid plan includes 1,200 voice minutes, 3,000 text and picture messages, and 500 megabytes of data.

Unlimited Talk n Text – Our Unlimited Talk n Text monthly prepaid cell phone plan is the best value in wireless.  For just $39.95 a month, this mobile prepaid plan includes unlimited voice minutes, unlimited text and picture messages, and 1GB(1000MB) of data.

The 55 – Our 55 plan is the perfect unlimited plan with more data. For just $55 a month, this mobile prepaid plan includes unlimited voice minutes, unlimited text and picture messages, and unlimited data.** 3 GB of 4G LTE data.

$69.95 – The $69.95 plan provides the most data of any Page Plus plan. For $69.95 a month, this mobile prepaid plan includes unlimited voice minutes, unlimited text and picture messages, and unlimited data**. 5GB of 4G LTE data.

**After the high speed data threshold is reached, your data speed will be reduced to 64 kbps for the remainder of the month.  If you data speed is reduced, the reduced speed may impact the functionality of some data applications, such as streaming audio or video web browsing.  Other limitations, terms and conditions of service apply.  Page Plus reserves the right to terminate service for any unauthorized or abnormal usage.

Switching Plans: For information on switching from one Page Plus Cellular plan to another, please see Switching Plans.

The process of switching to a “higher” plan is different than switching to a “lower” plan. An upgrade to a “higher” plan takes effect immediately, while switching to a “lower” plan can only take place on the renewal date of your current plan. This hierarchy method of switching plans will be consistent for all current and future monthly plans. However if you do not want your expiration date to change when upgrading to “higher” plan please let us know when making the payment. If you are out of talk\text or data and want to keep the same expiration date, you will remain out of talk\text or data until your renewal date.

H2O Wireless (AT&T) FAQs

SIM stands for Subscriber Identity Module. A SIM card is a small “smart card” for GSM/GPRS mobile phones. It contains your personal account profile and also saves important information (e.g., network information, account services, your mobile phone number, stored telephone numbers, SMS messages, and more). The SIM card must be inserted in the phone AFTER ACTIVATION in order for your phone to operate.

When your starting a new H2O® Wireless package, you’ll receive a SIM card in the mail. It is about the size of a bank check card or a credit card. In it, there is a small “punch-out” smart card, which needs to be removed before inserting into the phone.

  1. Carefully punch out SIM from the plastic cardholder.
  2. Remove the battery from your phone.
  3. Place SIM into the phone’s SIM cardholder with the gold square facing down and positioned so the metallic face of the SIM is lined up with and touching the metal contacts on the phone.
  4. Close the phone’s SIM cardholder until it clicks.
  5. Replace the battery and battery cover.
  6. Turn on your phone.
  7. If installation is successful, “H2O” may appear on your device’s display.
  8. If “Insert SIM Card,” “Check SIM,” “SOS Only,” or “Unregistered SIM” appears in the phone’s display, remove the SIM and re-insert as instructed above.

An IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a unique number given to every mobile phone and is located behind the battery.

Prime Choice Wireless offers FREE activation with the purchase of an AT&T phone through any of our locations, or  using your own AT&T device.

No, you cannot choose your own phone number. As our automated system finds the area code you requested and searches from a pool of numbers that are currently available in the US. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to choose a number.

The activation process itself only takes a few minutes. Normally, within 1-2 hours your H2O® Wireless phone will be ready for use. If you are porting your number from another carrier, it may take up to 24 hours for the former provider to release your number to H2O. During this time, your previous service should still remain active until the porting process is complete.
